Terms of Use
Acceptance of Terms: By registering and using the Twinklin platform as a Cleaner, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
Eligibility: You must be at least 16 years old and legally permitted to work in the jurisdiction you are providing services in.
Independent Contractor Status: As a Cleaner, you are an independent contractor and not an employee of Twinklin. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and other legal obligations related to your work.
Cleaner Responsibilities:
- You agree to provide cleaning services to Clients in a professional manner.
- You are responsible for ensuring that you comply with all applicable laws and regulations while performing cleaning services. - You will maintain appropriate insurance and handle your tax obligations.
Payment: Payments for cleaning services are processed through third-party providers. You will receive payment minus applicable service fees. You are responsible for managing your financial records.
Cancellations: Both Cleaners and Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations. Any cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice by either party will be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in Twinklin's Cancellation Policy.
Limitation of Liability: Twinklin is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform or the cleaning services you provide.
Data Protection: Twinklin will handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR compliance standards. You consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the policy.
Modifications to the Terms: We may modify these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
